Creation of a playful app to reinforce the brand image and bring it closer to its young and modern target
Need: increase the community engagement at a qualitative level, since the growth that was previously registering over the digital channels was more at quantitative level.
Target: Women between 35-45 years.
Result: an attractive content strategy for the target as well as segmented promotions. Among the different topics discussed with the community, was the launch of interesting mobile applications, with the aim of showing the brand with a modern, innovative image.
This allowed us to get to know the opinion of the followers. As a result, there was a 497.26% increase in engagement and follower involvement in all phases of Easy Sun development.
